One should not discuss bad/sad/wrong things happened with self, it only adds into grief!!
Some think that telling your grief to others will help giving way it out......but while telling it to other you keep thinking about it one more time.
I'm not saying that by not telling it to other one should keep thinking about it all the time and congest your mind.
Ignore and keep yourself busy in some other interesting things, so those sad thoughts will not come in mind.
One can take part in somebody elses happiness as well.
